CATAMARAN
The house was designed for two friends. Two spaces connected by one idea - to be together and enjoy life. Two independent narrow volumes are united by a common space for outdoor activities. The proportions of each house are determined by the idea of a sufficient view to the lake, the same reason the houses are slightly shifted relative to each other. The main observation platform with a view of the lake and everything rests under it - sauna, a small swimming pool and gym.

The communication between neighbors on the first and second floors is possible. But at the same time both of the houses are completely different buildings where the special requests of each client were taken into account and was reflected in the planning. Each villa has a separate platform overlooking the lake and separate main entrance. Also several private spaces integrated into the landscape with the natural stone walls creates an intimate atmosphere for each villa's inhabitants.
