Private house, or rather a multifunctional complex villa was successfully realized by us in collaboration with our respected client. This object is filled with deep content and new understanding of time and life. The house is not only a box for living, but a footprint to the future. Our style or approach looks minimalistic and might be called functional constructivism. Light and air were the most important factors influencing the architectural concept.

Tiny piece of art on a dune within 100 meters from the Baltic Sea. Composed from the concrete, wood and glass to resist salty water, sun and wind. The hedonist's residence was created as one volume with an accent on the wildness of the Baltic north bay with an endless sandy beach. Everything you need to feel a moment here and now. It is the manifesto of minimalism.

The Bahamas private house on the beach was a competition project. The site for a villa was located on the stunning place just near the seaside. A detailed project of accomplishment and gardening with the natural environment and landscape is secured. Our concept was to create a house as an arranged landscape with terraces cascade that falls to the sea. The maximum use of the space and benefits of the exceptional location

The idea of the house was inspired by the theater's stage. Intimate monolithic residential blocks grouped around the glass pavilion creates a feeling of the game with volume, light and sentiontions. The house is an illusion and an obsession, it is opened and closed at the same time. The 6 meters height pavilion on the metal pylons gives a sense of lightness and transparency. The tower of the villa with a viewing platform where the spaciousness views of the sea, dunes and forest can be enjoyed.

Concept of the spa is almost a joke - the pool and the fence in one object. As a part of the environment design at the villa's backyard creates a playful mood and maximizes functionality around the main villa.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE IN JURMALA

The house is primarily a roof that rests on a frame. There are no windows and doors in the usual sense. We have combined the basic principles of the traditional Japanese house with achievements of the modern technologies: large-scale display glass, energy-saving glass with sun-spraying, a precise calculation of air movements and synchronization with the cooling and heating system. The views from the windows are thought out and part of the whole idea of the house as the transparent space filled with the energy of nature.

The main movement of the house is vertical. The dominant volume is a tower with a spiral staircase leading directly to the roof of the house. There is an observation deck with a stunning view to the lake and surrounding forest located on the very top of the building. This building is different from the other Taureni village villas, but at the same time compliment the light minimalistic architecture and add an additional view point to enjoy the truly beautiful landscape of the lake.

A unique site for a unique house - a narrow and long peninsula that stands out far ahead into the lake and surrounded by water. The building almost repeats the shape of the site, reminding itself of a floating ship. There are no front doors and facades in a usual way of thinking. Everything is subordinated by the function, comfort of living in the house and views from the numerous windows.

The house was designed for two friends. Two spaces connected by one idea - to be together and enjoy life. Two independent narrow volumes are united by a common space for outdoor activities. The proportions of each house are determined by the idea of a sufficient view to the lake, the same reason the houses are slightly shifted relative to each other. The main observation platform with a view of the lake and everything rests under it - sauna, a small swimming pool and gym.

A small terraced four level residence house located in Jurmala, Bulduri. The facade panels from the dark wood in combination with the simple concrete merge with surrounded trees. This building is very carefully integrated in the natural context and almost disappears.
