JAPAN ONE
The house is primarily a roof that rests on a frame. There are no windows and doors in the usual sense. We have combined the basic principles of the traditional Japanese house with achievements of the modern technologies: large-scale display glass, energy-saving glass with sun-spraying, a precise calculation of air movements and synchronization with the cooling and heating system. The views from the windows are thought out and part of the whole idea of the house as the transparent space filled with the energy of nature.
One level house was inspired by the idea of the traditional Japanese house. It occupies almost the entire area of the land provided. In the center of the composition there is a large indoor atrium - the heart of the house, and other important rooms of the house adjoining it. Certainly the advantage of the house is a variable layout and volumes can be added, removed or/and modified by the request of the client. So, for example, you will be able to increase the number of bedrooms or add an indoor pool, sauna, greenhouse, etc. of necessity.
The stone walls are a very important part of the project. Them begin from inside of the house and continue outside through the large glass windows. These are a continuation of the space interior design and equipped with overhang from the rain, wind and prying eyes. With walls solution the idea of the interior and landscape design linking is implemented.
In accordance with the cardinal points all the rooms have their own views from the windows and exits to adjacent areas. The main entrance of the house is hidden and not accented. Its location depends on the site location. From the large panoramic windows you will see the forest and the lake in the rays of the setting sun. All the scenarios change with the seasons and reflect the mood of nature.
