Tiny piece of art on a dune within 100 meters from the Baltic Sea. Composed from the concrete, wood and glass to resist salty water, sun and wind. The hedonist's residence was created as one volume with an accent on the wildness of the Baltic north bay with an endless sandy beach. Everything you need to feel a moment here and now. It is the manifesto of minimalism.

Studio type apartments. A simple parallelepiped form placed on the base of the supporting unit that hover over the sand dunes. Only view of the Baltic Gulf's horizon behind the curtains of the large panoramic windows. On the north - the sea, on the south - a pine forest. The panoramic windows from the south side are equipped with automatic sun blinds. Studio space is full of light and has everything for a comfortable stay for one or two people. It includes: spacious living area, bedroom, bathroom with sauna and jacuzzi, dressing and kitchen-dining area. All this in a single open-plan space.

There are technical and maintenance rooms located at the ground level of the building. The parking spaces for cars are located under the main volume. The stairs placed along the north facade of the building and connected to the studio lead straight to the sea. This place allows you to have a unique opportunity to observe the north sea without leaving your comfort zone of the living area all the year round.
