LAIMA VILLA
The idea of the house was inspired by the performing stage of the theater. Intimate monolithic residential blocks grouped around the glass pavilion creates a feeling of the game with volume, light and sentiontions. The house is an illusion and an obsession, it is opened and closed at the same time. The six meters height pavilion on the metal pylons gives a sense of lightness and transparency. The tower of the villa is a lighthouse with a viewing platform and terrace on the roof where the spaciousness and delight views of the sea, dunes and forest can be enjoyed.

All separate pavilions united by a space under the roof - a passage. The building is located on the natural dune relief and includes a lighthouse(observation platform), music studio, several bedrooms, kitchen-dining area, technical spaces, garage and large terrace on the roof-top. From the front side of the house opens a panorama of the Baltic Gulf and a pine forest from the side of the main entrance. On sunny days the passage, surrounded by the wooden platform, transforms into the open space under the large canopy where beautiful days can be enjoyed.

The residence was specially designed for the famous singer to intend as her temporary residence and outdoor recreation place. The atmosphere of the house is filled with creativity elements and lifestyle of its mistress. This place can gather a lot of friends together, rehearsals and small concerts also can be arranged and at the end of the gathering all the guests might retire at the individual spaces and enjoy wilderness of the north nature.
