A concept of the 80,000 sqm multifunctional complex in Riga became the vision to rethink the formation of the urban environment and the people placed in it. An unusual idea of the city development project from concrete and glass with pine forest within it. Contrast between the outside modern city look and nature inside with pine forest, the smell of the tar, singing birds and squirrels, water and grass.

A modern city block building as a green oasis in the city center. The courtyard is about one hectare large and designed as an unique park with evergreen shrubs and trees. A diverse human activity is formed around this park area. There are cafes, shops, various services and a small kindergarten located on the ground floor and connected with park landscape with an internal atrium. The upper floors were designed for modern offices and form a business center. It is accompanied by a comfortable hotel with 500 rooms with SPA center and a conference hall for 400 people.The most significant part of the complex is luxury residential apartments, from 45 to 120 sq meter with full decoration.

The project was developed taking into account all modern technologies and bold design solutions. The modern and traditional materials were used in the decoration of the building to accomplished right balance: concrete, metal, various natural wooden textures. Large glass windows facing the courtyard and equipped with terraces create the feeling of being in the natural environment. The multifunctional complex is a self-sufficient urban space that provides comfortable work-life balance to all people in it. It has everything you need. The flexible layout of this building makes it possible to change and redesign areas with new functions during the process of living.
