WEST VALLEY
"The Western Valley" is one of the best examples of the multi-format residential complex in the Moscow region that corresponds to the spirit of the modern times. Unique in its architecture vision and quality of the construction. The project combines within it the basic principle of modern urbanism: the quality of living, multifunctionality and diversity in the architectural styles. The complex was recognised by numerous Russian and international awards. Project was developed and managed within Polygon Lab.

The architectural suburb Western Valley is a new type of real estate. It was developed using the state-of-the-art knowledge of Russian and Western architectural bureaus, modern construction technologies and expert planning. The concept of the project was designed with the ability to build cottages, townhouses and apartments with individual planning solutions. The object is part of New Moscow and located 21 km from MKAD on the direction to the Kiev highway.

3Cube is an apartment type house for 11 families. All flats have the same size, the choice of an apartment can be made by preferred cordial point or view from the windows, the location or color of the house: White, Gray, Red, Gloss, Cherry, Bordeaux, Anthracite or Black piano. It is not just a group of buildings, it is a cubic paradise for aesthetes, regardless of age or social status, where people converge in the vision of life and environmental requirements.

Many non-standard solutions for Russian culture have been applied: transparent fences, concrete walls, windows from ceiling to floor, the absence of balconies etc. It was important for us to find solutions that would minimize possible subsequent transformations in the appearance of buildings. Instead, we laid maximum flexibility inside the residential units.Every apartment is like a small house, square in plan with windows to two sides. There are a lot of windows that you can make any convenient layout as per your individual needs.

The First Active House is designed to set a new standard for residential house construction in Russia. The house design is based on the Active House principles; balance between energy savings, healthy indoor climate and care for the environment, all adding to the architectural quality and the well-being of the residents.The proportions and dimensions of the house have the appeal of a modern twist to traditional architecture.The project is organized in cooperation with the VELUX Group.
